Demand was at first brisk for the higher-finish monocrystalline silicon solar photovoltaic (PV) panels produced by Helios Solar Operates at a new, extremely automated 50-MW capacity factory on a brownfield industrial internet site Milwaukee's city leaders designated for redevelopment and development. That is right up until last summer time, when founder Steven Ostrenga started noting "a deep dive in pricing coming out of China that we just could not meet."
